展作『三個願望』的創作想法

作品意念映照出她對玻璃藝術的熱愛，並與Joy執著的信念一般清澈、堅定，Hope希望－讓工作室創作玻璃的模式在臺灣立基，Dream夢想－連結國內玻璃資源網絡，讓新一代的玻璃創作者能有場域使其發光，Expect期待－玻璃工匠傳統與現代的承先啟後。
在作品的製作上，以窯製玻璃為主體並串加噴砂玻璃瓶，Joy選擇以酒瓶為主材料是因作品發想於2005年回臺灣後第一個駐村點－駁二藝術特區，位於高雄港口區附近酒吧林立為最易取得的媒材。使用敲碎的玻璃片燒熔保留部份尖銳的型狀，最為表達回臺灣後感受到玻璃藝術推廣環境的不足，其中仍圍繞包裏她完整的夢想。

2006, Joy came back to Taiwan form Europe star – her work shop, she felt the shortage of the glass art environment in Taiwan. So, the broken bottles is an image of her feeling which she had at that time and the other three complete bottles are showing that she still keeps her complete wishes in her mind optimistically.

三個願望作品，2006年6月於新竹市鐵道藝術村展出系列一的作品，而後至高雄文化中心、琉園水晶博物館、台北101，又再次回到新竹展出，藉著這環島式的巡迴展出，更讓所以的夢想能堅持往前，感謝所有曾經與我們共同築夢的朋友們！
